I am a fully trained Sleep Trainer and Maternity Nurse.
I have fully up to date DRB CHECK, Pediatric First Aid qualification and I am fully INSURED.
Testimonials and certificates can be provided on meeting.
ALL INFORMATION GIVEN IS CONFIDENTUAL AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD THIS BE PASSED ONTO A THIRD PARTY,
EITHER DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
SLEEP TRAINING FEES:
Child from 4 months old = £600.00
Child from 6 months = From £750.00
Child from 2 years – 5 years = From £950.00
Multiples 4 months to 5 years = From £1,300 to £2,500
Twins = From £1300.00 – £2500
Full payment is due in advance.
Fees listed above are for clients who reside up to a radius of 60 miles only.
Clients who reside in a radius of 60+ miles a separate quote will be calculated.
Full travelling expenses is paid by the client. This also applies for Consultations.
CONSULTATION FEE:
Babies from 4 months and Children up to 5 years old = £85.00
Up to two hours is spent with you in your home or via phone/video call = £85.00
Payment is due in advance. The fee is due at least ten days (Where applicable otherwise seven days) before the booked date.
additional fees:
Petrol contribution is charged at 45p per mile after the 1st 10 miles. This also applies for Consultations.
Clients who reside in a radius of 60+ miles a separate quote will be calculated.
Full travelling expenses is paid by the client. This also applies for Consultations.
£15.00 per extra hours worked to be paid on the day/night worked.
£10.00 per additional phone call or email (for consultations only) to be paid on the day of the consultation.
Please note: All payments are paid via Bank Transfer. Cheques are NOT accepted.
CANCELLATION NOTICE AND COSTS:
Sleep Training:
Up to 10 days and less before the booked date: NO FEE. (The advance payment will be refunded to you in full).
Up to 7 days or less: HALF FEE REFUNDED.
For 5 days or less: NO REFUND.
In case your child falls ill, it is best to reschedule as it will not be advisable for the child to go through the Sleep Training process.
If the client re-books – THE FEE IS TRANSFERRED to the re-arranged date.
Consultations:
Should the client need to cancel or reschedule, the Trouble Shooter should be contacted as soon as possible and written notice is then required.
Up to 36 hours before booked date: NO FEE.
Less than 36 hours before booked date: NO REFUND.
If the client re-books – THE FEE IS TRANSFERRED to the re-arranged date.
